Dr Josephine Frize BA DO – Osteopath

Jo is a caring, highly-skilled and knowledgeable Osteopath and Clinical Pilates instructor with a special interest in helping patients with neurodivergence. (ADHD, ASD)

Jo has over 30 years hands-on therapeutic and teaching experience. Jo is a fully qualified structural osteopath with extensive experience and expertise in postural re-education, sports injuries, ante/post-natal care, as well as all the usual presentations of acquired musculo-skeletal aches and pains.

Jo lived in Europe for over 20 years and qualified at the London School of Osteopathy. In addition, Jo completed her post-grad study in Clinical Pilates for rehabilitation at The Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute.

Jo represented Manly as a netballer; trained as a swimmer; horse rider; plays tennis & golf; is a proficient skier having practised in the French Alpine resort of Meribel for many years; and is a mum. Jo has seen it all when it comes to injuries and knows all about trying to squeeze balance into a busy stressful modern day life.

Jo’s therapeutic model is one which is based on a holistic approach, supporting and nurturing her patients, to eat well, sleep well, think well and exercise.

Dr Lenise Appleyard M.Hlth sc. TCM – Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine

Lenise has been a Chinese Medicine practitioner since 1995. Lenise’s modalities include Acupuncture, Moxibustion and Herbal Medicine. Lenise first started her journey in 1995 with Tunia and continued to add to her skill set of Chinese Medicine over the years. Lenise believes that our discomfort is the body telling us it needs help. Her experience with this medicine and it’s ability to help patients is why she is still so passionate about her work.
